Parking in Downtown Dubuque

The Five Flags Center Parking Ramp is located just a half-block away from Five Flags Center on 4th Street between Main Street and Iowa Street. Parking in the ramp during Five Flags Center events costs just $10. Vehicles must exit ramp by 2:00am.

There are also more than 2,000 metered parking spots within a 15 minute walk of Five Flags Center in downtown Dubuque. After 5:00 PM, metered parking is free. The city also offers The Jule, a transportation service that runs shuttle routes throughout downtown Dubuque.
