Entrance to Five Flags Center Ticket Office is off of Locust Street.
The Five Flags Theater ticket counter is only utilized at show times.

Tickets can be purchased in person at Five Flags Box Office, online at Ticketmaster.com, or for some event through the AXS.com website.
Please avoid any 3rd party sites as you will pay 2-3 times the cost of the tickets.

The Five Flags Center will only honor tickets purchased directly from Ticketmaster.com or AXS.com. Tickets purchased through any other web site may not be honored. Thank you for your cooperation.

On Event Days
The Five Flags Box Office, located at the Locust Street entrance, will open at least two hours prior to show time for events in the arena.
For theater events, the satellite box office in the theater lobby opens one hour before show time.

Event On-Sales
The box office will open at the advertised "on-sale" times.

Accepted Method of Payment
Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, or Cash. Personal checks will not be accepted.

Questions regarding disabled seating and wheelchair accessibility can be directed to the Box Office.

WILL CALL:
Patrons may pick up their tickets at "Will Call" when the box office opens before an event. Photo identification and your Ticketmaster order number are needed to pick up tickets at "Will Call". Tickets are issued only to the person whose name is on the account.
