An Evening of One-Act Ballets by Grand Kyiv Ballet presents a powerful double bill: "Carmen Suite" and the world premiere of "Boléro."

"Carmen Suite" is a bold and electrifying reinterpretation of one of the most iconic stories in the classical repertoire. Set to Rodion Shchedrin's powerful adaptation of Bizet's music, this production reveals Carmen as a force of nature—passionate, free, and unruly. Through expressive choreography and dramatic intensity, the story unfolds as a gripping psychological journey of love, desire, and fate.

The evening continues with the world premiere of “Boléro”, choreographed by Grand Kyiv Ballet’s resident choreographer, Vladislav Dobshynskyi. Set to Maurice Ravel’s hypnotic and iconic score, this new interpretation builds with unstoppable intensity—a mesmerizing crescendo of movement, rhythm, and collective energy.
