Parking

Where can I park by the Five Flags Center?

There is metered parking around the Five Flags Center and surrounding streets. Meters are free after 5:00PM Monday through Saturday, and are completely free on Sundays.

There is also the Five Flags parking ramp one block away from the Five Flags Center between 3rd and 4th Street on Main Street.

Is there accessible / disabled parking available?

There are a few disabled parking areas around the Five Flags Center. We cannot guarantee that these spaces will be available the day of the event you will be attending.

Is there a drop-off / pick-up location?

The drop-off / pick up location is in front of the Five Flags Theater on Main Street.

Where can I buy tickets?

You are able to purchase tickets at the Five Flags Center Box Office. Hours are 10:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday (summer hours may vary). Unfortunately we are unable to process phone orders through the Box Office unless you need accessible seating.

If you are unable to purchase tickets at the physical Box Office, you may purchase tickets through Ticketmaster, our official ticket provider.

I lost my tickets. Can I still come to the event?

When purchasing tickets through the Five Flags Box Office, over the phone or online, we have a name on file for every ticket sold.

You will need to show a photo ID to get replacement tickets.

If your tickets have been stolen, we recommend contacting proper authorities and filing a report.

If tickets to an event are not on sale yet, how can “StubHub.com”, “Ticketsnow.com”, etc., already have tickets for sale at inflated prices?

The Five Flags Center does not provide tickets to these companies. These sites are “speculating” that the sections they have listed will be available for them to sell. Resellers don’t buy tickets themselves. They provide an online marketplace for ticket brokers or individuals looking to sell and consumers looking to buy.

What is the convenience fee? Do I have to pay it if I purchase tickets at the box office?

A convenience fee is a processing and manufacturing fee on tickets when purchased at outlets, over the phone or online.

Only tickets purchased at the Five Flags Center Box Office will not have any additional fees.

Tickets to an event went on sale at 10:00am. I was online at 10:01 and the best available tickets were in the upper level, but 5 hours later I was able to get floor tickets. How does that happen? Can I exchange these for floor tickets?

Unfortunately, you cannot exchange tickets. When buying tickets, you must remember that everyone has access to the same tickets and these are available through every outlet, over the phone, and online. Sometimes a buyer does not complete the purchase transaction, and their seats are released back for others to buy.

What age does my child have to be to require a ticket?

Most events do not require a ticket for children under the age of two. However, in order for a child to have his/her own seat, a ticket is required. Some shows intended for young children (i.e., Sesame Street Live, etc.) require children over the age of one to have a ticket. To inquire about specific events, please call 563.589.4258.

What forms of payment do you accept?

The Five Flags Center Box Office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover & American Express. We do not accept checks.

What is Will Call?

Will call is located at the Five Flags Center Box Office. If you purchase your tickets before the date of the show, Ticketmaster.com will have an option to put your tickets at the box office for you to pick up rather than mailing them or printing them off. You will need identification and the credit card used to purchase the tickets to pick up from Will Call.

At the Event

I lost an item at an event. Is there a Lost & Found?

During an event, you may inquire about lost or found items by asking any security guard or usher. For inquiries following an event, please call 563.589.4254 during normal business hours (9:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday.

Are cameras allowed at Five Flags Center events?

For most events, at the request of artists & performers, cameras (specifically cameras with professional/detachable lenses and flash) are not permitted. The Five Flags Center reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event. Audio recorders and video recorders are prohibited during all events.
Please call the main office at 563.589.4254 if you are unsure whether your camera/ media device is allowed or not.

Do you serve alcohol at events?

We sell alcohol (beer, wine and liquor) at the majority of our events.

We do not sell alcohol at any children related events (dance recitals, etc.).
