The Julien Dubuque International Film Festival is an annual Film Festival that takes place in the heart of Dubuque, IA. Films from around the world are screened during this five-day event. During the festival, downtown businesses open their doors to host panels, workshops, film screenings, parties, and more. 2022 marks the eleventh year of this festival, and things just get better and better.
