IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TICKETS
ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT:
Customers may pay for tickets using cash, major credit cards (VISA, MC, DiscoverCard) or debit Cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo.
CUSTOMER CONVENIENCE FEE:
Ticketmaster convenience fees aren't assessed on tickets purchased at the Five Flags Center for Five Flags Events. Convenience fees are assessed on all tickets purchased at Ticketmaster.com, any Ticketmaster outlet and by phone at (563) 557-8497.
WILL CALL:
Patrons may pick up their tickets at will call when the box office opens before an event. Photo identification, credit cards used to purchase tickets, and your Ticketmaster confirmation number are needed to pick up tickets. Tickets are issued only to the person whose name is on the account.
